A. Great Egret
除了snowy egret外，這邊還看得到great egret(大白鷺)。Great egret不但size比snowy egret大一點，great egret的嘴是黃的，但snowy egret的嘴是黑的，是最容易分辨的方法。

B. Turkey Vulture
Turkey vulture是相當容易看到的鳥，在很多地方都可以看得到，我甚至在我住家附近也看過。Turkey vulture不屬於水鳥類，常常在空中盤旋，最好認的特徵是翅膀，後面是白的前面是黑的，如Figure 5.4所示。此外，他的頭是紅的，但嘴巴是白的。

C. Hummingbird
Hummingbird就是蜂鳥，專採花蜜。Hummingbird有很多種，Figure 5.6的是Anna's Hummingbird，是這邊最容易看到的。有在留言簿上看到有人看到Allen's Hummingbird，但我還沒看過這種的就是。

D. Night Heron
Night heron也是這裡常見的鳥，一般會藏身在水邊的草叢裡，三不五時會飛上來一下。他的色系跟great blue heron很像，紅色的眼睛是個相當好認的特徵。

E. Coot
Coot長相類似鴨子，但身體是黑的而嘴是白的，紅色的眼睛也很醒目。

F. Shoveler
這也是鴨子，公的顏色鮮豔不少，常常跟母的成雙成對出現。

G. Canada Goose
基本上，Canada goose算是淹腳目的鳥，這邊算是放個記錄。
