Usually I went there for "spring training" and tried to see California condor. Next time I'll pay more attention on plants.itchiang(thor)https://www.blogger.com/profile/15562888786714291602noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3385439647105914724.post-3813893478199047302016-12-04T21:24:22.353-08:002016-12-04T21:24:22.353-08:00We visited both sides of the park on 11/17 to 11/1...We visited both sides of the park on 11/17 to 11/18/16 and camped a night at the campground. It is a small park compared to other national parks. The pinnacles are not as splendid as those you see in the Colorado or Utah parks. The hiking was not hard. Both Bear Gulch and Balcony Caves provided some thrills in finding ways to get through.

The campground is very private with clean bathrooms. There is shower rooms near the outdoor swimming pool by the east Visitor Center. Day time temperature was very pleasant and it was very cold after sunset. A sunny site would help on morning warm up for winter camping.

Two species of trees of fruits caught my attention. One was the sugar gum tree around the parking lot of east visitor center. Another was the Ohio Buckeyes along the Balcony Cave Trail on the west side of park. Amazingly we saw a group of little pigs running across CA-146 between vineyards out of Soledad,Ca.Anonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3385439647105914724.post-39734419167365668782011-07-20T21:07:20.072-07:002011-07-20T21:07:20.072-07:00我在這只看過一次California condor
